Do I need to be home during the cleaning?

Not at all. Many of our clients provide secure access instructions. We’ll handle your space with care and professionalism.

How long does a cleaning take?

Cleaning times vary depending on the size and condition of the home, but most standard cleans take between 2–4 hours.

How do I book a cleaning?

You can book directly through our online scheduler. Once booked, you’ll receive a confirmation with all the details.

Is a deposit required?

Yes, a deposit is required to secure your appointment. This ensures your time slot is reserved.

Can I reschedule my appointment?

Yes. We ask for advance notice (no less than 24hrs) so we can accommodate your preferred date and time.
